I'm considering buying a walz cap - www.walzcap.com.

...has anyone ordered direct from the US? how long did they take to arrive/any currency probs etc?

I see that alwaysriding(sp!?) stock a few here in the UK, but don't 'do' the one I'm after.

Do they fit well under a helmet?

I ordered one from them in the States some time back, and it came really quickly, the service was excellent.

That was the good news, the bad news was I didn't like the cap at all. I have lots of casquettes, and this one just didn't function as well as even the cheap Campag or team ones. The main problem for me is the peak, it hasn't got a stiffener in it, so it doesn't just flip up or down, but requires you to kind of roll it. It is a small but irritating feature that stops me wearing it on the bike.

The best fitting and functioning caps I have are all Rapha (yeah, I know, wait for the flaming), the material is cotton, but treated to be shower-proof, and the panel design they use creates a really good fit.
