Can anybody recommend overshoes to stop the wind chilling my tootsies on these cold mornings?
This is the first time I've used cleated shoes and not sure if the wool style overshoes will do the trick.....

Oversocks doing fine for me in 3-5deg C at the moment.

    Prendas are good value:

These work for me. Used them all winter (with woollie boollie socks). I used to suffer cold feet all the time. And loosen your shoes a little.

agree these are ideal for winter/wet weather, but for spring/cold weather there are various brands of lighter material overshoes available which are are much better.
i have a pair of 'GAERNE' windstoppers, i find these very good in keeping feet warm without the weight of the neoprene ones, they look better too.

http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=31032 I have these and are good on chilly days but are a bit of a bastad to get on and also don't expect them to last long of you walk in them. Mine already have a hole after one walk up a hill...

I've got some of the Prendas oversocks. Seem to keep my feet just warm enough on chilly mornings, yet pack down to get to nothing if you decide to take them off later in the day.

I have some Enduras for winter and/or when it's peeing it down.
    More problems but still living....

I have the prendas and the assos.. tbh the assos are twice the price, but I would say twice the quality.

Lusso Max Repels get my vote, cheap but splash proof and roubaix lined. Easy to get on and off to and no problems with zips breaking so far. They don't stand up to crashes very well but then I don't imagine many thinner type overshoes do. Assos shorts I can understand paying for but the price of Assos overshoes just indicates who has more money than sense to me...
