Listed as "great outdoors" so I nearly missed it. Some of the links are down at the mo but some useful cheapies. 29th April.
Socks, toolkit, chain cleaner....
Also Lidl seem to do their 'second round' of cycling bits about the time Aldi do their main lot so could be some Aldi bargains on the way too. Nothing showing on their site for next week yet.

I've posted in the roadie forum too - gotta spread the bargain love......

I've used that toolkit for the best part of a year now. It's not brilliant, but for stuff you are only going to use every now and again, it'll do fine. My crank puller broke, but is still usable, and the bottom bracket tool is a bit crappy as you can't attach it to it's handle, so it slips loads.
Buy it if you're starting off with home repairs and replace the stuff that breaks as you go along.Bike/Train commuter: Brompton S2L - "Machete"
12mile each way commuter: '11 Boardman CX with guards and rack
For fun: '11 Wilier La Triestina
SS: '07 Kona Smoke with yellow bits0 -

Lidl's good for cheese, German sausages, continental hams, and olives too.
They have relatively cheap lobsters and pheasants in the freezer but I haven't got around to trying them yet.0 -
If you look hard enough you can also find peasants in the phreezer.

The Duck breasts are very succulent at Lidl!
Tha tool kit is good for the money. I have had mine for 2 years and use it most weeks. Nothing has failed, but the fit is not as precise as the best.
The cycling socks are excellent - support in the right places.
The chain cleaner looks like a Barbieri (?) one and would be OK for a year or so at that price.
Don't bother with the track pump - the rubber hose on mine exploded every time I tried to pump a tyre over 80psi.
Cheers,
MarkGenesis Croix de Fer - my new commuting mount
Saracen Hytrail - the workhorse - now pensioned off
Kinetic-One FK1 roadie - the fast one - hairy legs though!
Cannondale Jekyll Lefty MTB - the muddy one which keeps tipping me into gorse bushes!0 -

Right that's my shopping list for next time I'm in Lidl. 8)0
