There are some good links in the article - seems to be a determined effort by a tiny minority in China to persuade the masses that bikes are cool things!

A bit different to Free China (Taiwan/Bike Island) then! There's a blog I like, Fixed Gear Girl Taiwan, it also has loads of links to other blogs etc.
