Well, I thought on hearing this, that it would be my "Perfect" night out, but NO!
It's Peter Halford at Duxford's Air Museum "take" on the Jet engines function on Radio 2.
( Suck air in, squeeze/compress it, add fuel, blow it out the other end.)
He went on to say, some sort of filter would be great to stop Volcanic ash clogging them up.
Well, with recycling being the buzz word, I thought I'd offer the Mrs old winter tights.
I'm sure at least 2 Jumbo Jet engines would be ok...
