what size in cm should i buy

i ride mtb- an 18 in frame, size med. what road frame size do i need?

    I think your height and inside leg measurement would probably be more useful.
    More problems but still living....

    i'm 5ft 8 in, inside leg 30 in approx

    depends on the frame.
    For a new Specialized frame I reckon you are looking at 54cm..

    Get a (close) friend & tap your figures into here: http://vannicholas.com//HowTo/WbmSizing.aspx You will probably notice that it may suggest slightly different frame sizes on different bikes dependant on whether the bike is race orientated or more relaxed. Useful as a guide for other bikes/manufacturers depending on your proportions and style of riding you intend to do. :D

    Depending on the model of bike your probably looking at 53-54 and maybe 55cm at a push
