Reynold Assault tubular

I was looking at buying some carbon tubular wheels, and since I won't be racing a whole lot I don,t want to break the bank. Do you have any comment on the Reynold assault tubular? Any suggestion on other carbon tubular in the same price range ?

    Planet-X or Wheelsmith UK if you want reasonably priced carbon hoops - both use Gigantex rims.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    I've looked at them but they are quite heavy and not that much cheaper than the reynolds. I also like the warranty program. I've read some people complaining that the planet x where quite flexy too. Major factor for me is that I'm in Canada and shipping prices for wheels are quite expensive.
