Ordered from Ribble a couple of days ago and not been dispatched yet, are they normally pretty slow ?

It depends on what you ordered. If you ordered parts, they are normally 3-4 days delivery unless you paid for next day delivery. If you've ordered a frame, then it can be ten days in quiet periods up to 28 days in busy periods, as they put them through the workshop to check the frame over, face bearing shells etc. It does say this on the website.0

Ian. I got one of these in February.I orderd using the bike builder, it was built and ready to go with in 7-8 working days. I picked mine up from the warehouse. My only gripe with Ribble is they never answer the bloody phone. But if you email them, they will respond.
Im very happy with mine. Its my first road bike so cant realy compare it to anything, but im happy.
I think the order can take longer if you order campagnolo because they have to get it sent from their suplier.0 -
Ribble normally very good for delivering parts...Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!0

Thats nowt I ordered some stuff from pbk on the 6th they were dispatched on the 8th and they still haven't arrived. :shock:Bianchi. There are no alternatives only compromises!
