crank length

how do i go about checking the length of my cranks? i.e. where do i measure from
need to just replace the left sided arm, so want to make sure i'm ordering the right length.

Easy, the length should be stamped on the inside of each crank.

it's a truvativ power spline. is the powerspline a different fitmnent to the isis BBs?
