CANNONDALE R800 2006 SIZING QUERIE

I have a chance to swap my bh mountain bike for a 3 year old cannondale r800, the owner says its 56cm in size, thing is tho im not sure if im too tall for the bike, im 6ft 2 tall and im unsure, also wondering if anyone on here owns one and has an idea of the value of the r800? cheers.

    Depends on inside leg etc but I reckon at 6ft 2in you'd be on a 58cm normally. I'm 6ft and rode a 56cm Cannondale..
    Value...? Considering they've been selling the 2009 CAAD9 recently for about £750 new in places then don't pay too much for it.

    AH RIGHT ! thanks for that mate, im gonna pull out of deal due to the caad9 been so cheaply priced and im too long in the leg, many thanlks mate.

    There's a 58cm CAAD9 just appeared in the classifieds btw - nothing to do with me though etc.
