    yea i'm based further up - work in Truro for the council though.

    You ride for any of the clubs down that way?

    Member of One and All based in Bissoe, affiliated with Bike Chain. Only ride with them occasionally because of work but always a good turn out with multiple groups. Worth a look if your interested in joining a club, must be British Cycling member and then £25 a year club membership, you can have 2 guest rides first though.

    Well that was a waste of my best sales pitch!!! :evil:

    Never done any TTs, only joined O&A this winter so may do some. Not signed up for any sportives this year so some events to aim for may be a good idea.

    they're all really friendly down there at the TT's - no one cares about anyone elses times etc. it's good fun and well worth a go. The tresillian/probus route is a nice one, quietish road etc - the roche route however is a30 dual carriage way...not everyones cup of tea.
