Knee supports

I've worn my Endura knee warmers on every ride since Oct last year and have grown quite attached to them. The other day it was warm so I went out without them and I missed the compression effect on my upper calves, knees and lower thighs. I felt sore afterwards which was unusual because I had got used to not having sore legs.
So what I am looking for as we head into the warmer weather (ha!) is some kneewear that has a similar support/compression effect without the thermal properties. No need for protection but they have to be unobtrusive and unrestrictive :?
