Looking for a gilet that i can use for my normal riding and also racing. Don't particuarly want an all-over transparent jobby, preferably it would be something quite stylish but which you can still see a race number through from the back, so either mesh or see-through on that panel.

Any candidates?

Quite frankly, those with a mesh panel when trying to identify a rider at the finish, in a sprint, manually or even with BC's photo finish equipment are quite difficult. If you are in a race without a frame or shoulder number then I would suggest you remove before the finish if you want to be identified. Any complaint to the Chief Comm,, judges, organiser won't be entertained in my experience.
