How to measure frame size

I'm looking to get rid of my Rockhopper, but need to figure out the frame size for potential buyers. Where do I measure on this frame?

Find your model and click "Geometry" for the measurements of the varying frame sizes

it does not really mater as long as you tell them how you measured it.

Eg BB center to top of seat tube.
