Hi, we intend to ride from SUNDERLAND TO LONDON about 280 miles for charity in one go, just short breaks, set a time of 36 HOURS to do it, we have a couple of routes to think about, if any of you can surgest a route we can do, shortest/ fastest, i can compare them with mine,we will have a backup van on the whole route, so it must be either A ROADS or B ROADS no cycle trails, this will be done in late AUGUST, so any advice on the route will be gratefuly received. THANKS.

good luck mate, once you get to Stokesley in North Yorkshire take the B1257 to Hemseley, loverly route just be careful of bikers.

beyond that i can't really help, follow the coast would be my advise though.0
