Can you ride the DH track here on days when the uplift isn't on?

If so is it easy to find your way to the top?

The reason I ask is I'm working in nearby tomorrow and may have a few hours spare in the afternoon and would love to try it out.

    You can ride up the road to the top, to the start of the DH and ride it, its a good way up but see a few people doing this later when up lift has finished.
