Constant 22.2mm diameter drop bar

I need a drop bar with a constant 22.2 diameter throughout, no stem bulge. I also need some shims to take the bar up to 25.4 at the stem.

I've had a good look and I can't find anything

Alternatively, if I could find some bars with a very, very short centre bulge, that might work...

Edit: Also needs to be cheap and capable of taking a bump or two. Or many.
