Paid £300 for this as it is, other than the computer and saddle bag. Far from the standard spec i believe.

Looks fantastic and sounds like a great deal. I hope it rides as good as it looks.

Nice bike - I picked up an Etape (same frame, Sora/Tiagra kit) recently for £250 & so far it's been great (not quite as light/responsive/spangly as the carbon Dolan it replaced but nor is it as stealable) & I love the classic styling of the Lemonds - mine's silver with yellow panels, though i'm liking the blue & black too. I'm planning on replacing the groupset on mine with a s/h 105 or ultegra in the next few months - looks like you've got a good spec on yours already! Enjoy!

    Thanks for the comments.

I love the silver and yellow etape!

Mine is very light for an alluminium frame. The wheels I highly recommend, also very light!

The 105 rear mech is as smooth as you could ask for.

Do you think the resale value has been damaged due to the fued with Lemond and '7 times tour de france winner' Lance Armstrong?

At the end of the day they are trek bikes arnt they?

Could improve re-sale value, if the buyer is particularly anti-Lance...
