SPD-SL Cleats

Hi all,

I should probably post this in the road forum but.....

....for anyone who uses SPD-SL's

Have you changed from floating to fixed cleats? And if so was it a good move or did you regret it?

    Float, because I value my knees.

    I did last time I neaded new cleats. The difference was dramatic at first and having no float felt very odd. I peresevered and now they feel fine, I don't have any problems with my knees and I wouldn't go back
    pain is temporary, the glory of beating your mates to the top of the hill lasts forever.....................
