...... down the GT, suprisingly time consuming actually.....
The worsrt part was removing the little plastic C-Clips that hold the cables to the frame, fecking buggers I tell thee.... Grrrrrr (snapped one) - Im sure the chap will ignore them like most of them and fit cable ties instead....
Also, the crown race is stuck solid..... so can't get it off the Lyriks (tried all the old tricks) so shall refund him £4 for a new Orbit Crown race, thats all I can do, most FSA races are generic I have found anyhoo..... (I think I have had most of their headsets at one point)
Have no cleaned/boxed up all the GT componentry, so now all I need is the frame, and that will be at least a month before it gets here

I enjoy building immensely, few tunes on, couple of cold beers, it's one of the few things that I 'zone out' when doing, a day feels like a couple of hours when constructively fettling 0 -

I paid someone to strip mine - right down to the bare bones...!
If I'd tried to do it, I'd now have half a frame chucked in the river, I'd be covered in cuts and would have broken all my components!
