Ello - i'll be in the south of france this summer (yes i know tough) and need to find a few trails around the Pau and Bordeaux area, any suggestions??

I've been to Andernos, south of Bordeaux where there's a Parc VTT, but to be honest it was a bit pants!

Go to Traces VTT and put in what you're after, lots of maps etc.
