Help for a beginner

Hi everyone, im needing someone to help me on some rides, im new to the cycling scene, and in 6 weeks I am doing London to Paris, the main problem I have is I always go out alone, which means I dont know what im doing and I dont push myself is there anyone out there who lives in around Weston Super Mare or Bristol that could help me. :oops: I am not good enough to join a club yet my speed and lack of knowledge are not good.
