Where can I find 46cm ergo-bend, wing-top bars?

Hi all,
I currently use 46cm (c-c), classic-bend bars, but want to try some with an ergo-bend to improve comfort on the drops.
I've found a few, but also want to try the flat/wing top (again for comfort). Trying to find anything in the magic 46cm/ergo/wing combination is proving impossible - does anyone know who makes something that might fit the bill?
Cost isn't a particular issue, although I'd like to keep the price as reasonable as possible... any advice would be appreciated.
