I have a Carrera Fury which I love and I'm now looking for an entry level road bike and I've narrowed it down to these 2.

Any thoughts?

cheers

Virtuoso- good reliable commuter/entry level trainer.Shifters are Shimano 2200 -which are pretty agricultural.fork is alloy so ride is a little harsh.if you can get one discounted it is worth the money. But depends what you want to use the bike for.It is a little bit too low-rent for serious use.Think it is worth paying for a higher spec bike.
I had one for a short time but realised you get what you pay for.

Budget is £300, just need a road bike for an hour or so each night, nothing too serious.

I had the same choice only a month ago. In the end, I went for a Revolution Cross from Edinburgh Bicycles for £339 and haven't regretted it!
