Aston Hill XC Route

Did the aston hill xc loop today and enjoyed it immensely was quite surprised though by the second part which i think is partly the red route downhill. Is this pretty tough by cross country standards or typical of cross country nowadays, what is it like compared to the cross country at coed y brenin and other welsh mountain bike centres.

    Not been there yet, hoping to head there in a few months!!

    It was very good very well put together need a high level fo fitness for the uphill I think though, would be interesteed to hear from people that have done it plus have done xc in wales and scotland etc.
