888 wc forks any good?

yeah the question is such that CRC are selling at around 650 from 1000+ and would it be worth it getting them or holding out for the fox/ RS equivalents

I have the 888 RC3 World Cup's and they're the best fork I've ever used.
Relatively light weight (not far behind a 40) and a proper open bath damping system that gives incredible small bump sensitivity yet requires very little maintenance and looks great. 8)
I've not got any experience with the ATA though and have to admit to being a little sceptical. Why would you need to reduce the travel of a DH fork!!!! :shock:0
