    F-me your lucky!!!!! not sure if anyone has said but you may be able to get compensation via the motor insurance bureau they deal with claims that involve uninsured drives..You cant clam for the bike but could for the injuries (MAYBE) just check it out could be worth a fair bit of compensation 8k etc

    I got knocked of my bike 3 years when a woman used me as the giveway line.

    I just invested in a dam good MTB bike and just ride off road.
    IE Swinley Forest, Lieth Hill, Epping Forest and regular trips
    to Wales.
    I cant ride on the roads now
