meta 5 shock mount issue

anyone know if commencal have changed the position of the shock mount on the meta 5's?

on there website it shows that the shock is mounted to the top tube and not the seat as post as it was on the 09 model.

i got a replavement frame from them and the shock mount is in the same place as the 09!!

just wondering if i have a 09 model with 2010 decals??

anyone else found this on there replacment frames?

    the shock mount position depends on the frame size. my large frame has the mount on the seatpost, the smaller frames mount under the top tube.
