Managed to get a ride in on the Hills above Conwy, North wales tonight. Weather was cracking, trails were dry and fast and as always the view was to die for. I am so lucky to have this out of my back door.

From there was a cracking downhill run into Conwy where a Guinness was waiting on the quay in Conwy. Im looking forward to a summer of this!

Not far off mate, the first 2 are just over the back of Penmaenmawr and the rest are on the top of Sychnant pass above Conwy.

I've been riding up there now for about 18 years and I never tire of it.

Used to love the Aber to the Drum climb/scramble.
One hour up, 20 min down.

    Then I had guts, ab's, hair...everything!

On my list of things-to-do as well as othger N.Wales/Ynys Mon ride.

    Nos da, butty!

Will have to square away a ride up there. The climb up to drum is a cheeky one from Aber, from sea level to about 770m with hardly a flat bit!

I'm off for two weeks from 9th MAY.
Getting over some sports injuries stuff, but sure I can do something over there.

I'm in Llanwnda, C'fon, and used to run the DC Conwy/Llanrwst Mtb club few yrs ago.
    Used the Marin loads.

Bust me femur 2yrs ago at CYB so things a bit slower since then, lol!

After you wash yer whippet, fettle yer black pudding, and degrease yer pigeons, why not look at our place on ebay.
Its self catering for up to 8, we are getting a bit busy but some w/ends available.

See Nth Degree Mtb or Self Catering Wales on ebay etc.

I can possibly take you out, or give you plenty of tips on local rides.
Got some bits of kit to use if you need it.
    Dog friendly, non-smoking, easy parking.
