Single Speed Build - Frame Geometry Help

Hi Guys
Im looking to build a SS and thinking of using an On-One Inbred 26er frame as a base in 16".
The problem I have is that I currently have a 2008 Scott scale in small and am hoping that a 16" (M) On-One frame will be ok for me?
I have attached below the Geometry for both frames (Scale on the LEFT and On-One on the RIGHT)
I am 5ft 7" and currently have a 1" Standover on my Scott Scale but both the below pics measure the reach in different ways.
Please can anyone advise if the below described On-One Inbred in Medium would be ok for me?
Also, what do people think of the On-One inbred frames for single speed MTB use?
Many Thanks

Based on standover height alone the large on-one looks closest. How old are you?0

25 - does that matter or is it beacuse i am short? - Lol
I was told on here to go more for reach than stand over because some peeps dont have any stand over at all and they are comfortable!

Just wondering if you were going to grow into the frame.
If I were you, I think I'd go medium.0
