ultegra brake cartridge inserts, which is the best replaceme

as the title says, which is the best replacement insert for 6600 cartridges?
will dura ace fit?
there seems to be loads of variables out there
i hate hills (cos i'm fat)

    Shimano makes some nice ones. I've never had a problem with them.

    yes dura ace will fit i replaced my ultegra blocks with dura ace and felt the improvement

    There is also a 'dual compound' Koolstop which is half salmon / half black. The tip at the end of the block definately scrubs a lot of gunk off the rims in the wet and they wear quite well but they didn't offer me any more stopping power in either wet or dry than the 105 blocks I replaced them with. So, if you are going to go with Koolstop, go with either the black or the salmon, don't bother with the dual compound.
