Deuter Race EXP Air capacity

I'm torn between this and the Cross Air - I want to to be able to cope with shoping trips ie a loaf of bread, few tins, foam tray of chicken!) - will the race air cope with this?

I have a Deuter Race, can fit your shopping list in that as long as you have no kit and bladder, so you should be fine.0

Thanks for the reply - the only concern I have is that at just 23cm width, laid out on a same size paper this looks incredibly small - only just wider than an A4 sheet..!0 -
Well, I decided to go buy one and can safely say that it comes up bigger than the measurements quoted - easily (especially with the expandable section) covering light shopping trips as I wanted - go buy one!
But finding the "wet laundry pocket" is beyond me!!?0
