La Manga

Some of my mates are going on a golf holiday to La Manga (Murcia) in Spain and i was thinking of tagging along and going biking. Anyone know of any decent off road routes near there? Anyone used a mountainbike tour company / guide near there??

    Went there wiv work in december and we found some of the best natural singletrack iv ever done! if u head out of the hotel complex and turn left towards the football pitches there's a bike hire place owned by an english guy. I hired an old orange P7 with sum old manioutou forks and he put spds on. He's got some maps of the single track in the woods and though quite small you can play bout for hours. When ur in the woods watch the mozzies at sunset and the beehive area in the wrong wind direction lol
    Couple of 5 spots, a hummer and a handjob.....
