RPCC Ride - Sat 17th April

Anyone up for a ride into the Surrey Hills leaving Richmond Park (Richmond Gate) anywhere between 8-9am on Saturday? I need to up my mileage so I'm looking at about a 70 mile route out to Peaslake and back with some good climbs. Could be longer though as I'm not 100% sure of the route :shock:

Yeah, I'm up for it. 70 miles will be pushing it for me given how much cycling I've done so far this year.

Know my way around pretty well so shouldn't be any navigation issues

Would be quite keen to get out early so maybe aim for 8 am at Richmond Gate?

I haven't done a huge amount this year either but surprised myself with a solo 77 mile ride last weekend. The last 10 miles were a bit of struggle so will be going at a sensible pace on Saturday.

Me and a mate are planning on something similar at the same time on Saturday so would like to tag along if possible.

Yeah today was a good one, managed about 76 miles in all. Shame we had to leave Box Hill early but I only just managed to make my 1pm curfew.

What a day for it as well... I'll be settling for a few early morning park laps and a 3-lap challenge attempt.
