Enduro fork seals do some good ones but it'll be more than £50

Not sure if the words cheap and ceramic really go together in the same sentence.

they don't, cheap ceramic bearings are worse than similarly priced steel ones.

Not very likely at this time. There are different grades of ceramics and even the lowest grade will cost more than 50 quid. You're best to lose the infatuation with ceramic and get a good quality steel BB which will probably get you better seals and mfg. quality for the same price.

+1...... another thing "Brocade" could do is paint his standard BB shell red. Then it would have the ceramic look and who would know the difference.

The superstar ceramic GXP BB is excellent - have been using on my MTB for a few years.

You could get the superstar Italian thread GXP BB (they are in stock) and simply swap the bearings - I don't see why they shouldn't fit into the shell - but don't quote me as I could be wrong :?
