Hi all,
QQ - If I have a pair of MTB shoes with 'MTB' SPD XTR cleats, will these fit on a road bike with Road SPD pedals e.g Ultegras.....??
Cheers,
Lig.

MTB SPD's are like this:
Road SPD's (SPD-SL) are like this:
The two use totally different cleats and are not interchangeable.
If you already have a pair of MTB SPD shoes, there's nothing stopping you using a set of MTB pedals on your road bike - plenty of people do.
