What long trave burly full suss frame?

After reading the HT thread I decided to write this for some inspiration.
I currently own a 2009 marin rocky ridge.
Im thinking about buying a full suspension frame and then getting all the components transferred over to this from my rocky ridge.
Ive got a fox float fork with 140mm travel so am looking for a frame that will take this size of fork.
Any ideas? I'm looking for a trail/all mountain type frame.
Im looking at spending roughly a grand but am happy to swing either way

yeh i love my marin but find im getting really bad back pain when hammering downhill on it so looking for something a bit softer at the rear. Like I say im not too worried on price. Just seeing what alternatives are out there0

Do I detect a trace of sarcasm?
Maybe a bit too burly and bares an uncanny resemblance to agricultural machinery!0 -
I agree there!
More budget generally means less weight - some 140mm bikes are around the 5lb mark now. the Scott Genius would be worth a look:
