Hey guys,

I know you are a generous lot, so I thought I'd ask you guys on here for a spare quid or so. Me and 2 mtb'ing friends are doing the London to Brighton for the British Heart Foundation and would love a bit of sponsorship. I currently have done no training for this what so ever due to finishing my final year of my degree, so will have to cram some in in the 3 weeks after I finish. There is a possibility I could actually die from being ridiculously unfit, so make it worth my while! If you sponsor us, then post on here, and I/we will put all your names on our tshirt and try and get a bit of Bikeradar loving going on!

Click on the link below to sponsor, anything will do, 10p, £1, £1000!!

Many thanks to you all in advance!

Haha, no I'm sure plenty of fun will be had! I'm in no danger of going too fast. I'm just hoping there isn't a time that I need to have finished by! Need to get to Clapham common for 6.30am!

    Good luck!

Reminds me of last time we did it....I stayed at my mates in clapham the year before last. We had a 6.30 start. Ended up over doing it in Soho and getting home at 4am. 2 hours sleep and a giant turd at Carlshalton and was right as rain.

In Brighton before midday then cycled another 15 miles home.

    Beautiful

Remember though, its all about what gear you're in.. Get one big enough, and it could only be a handful of pedal strokes..
