Bike Colour Scheme

Currently my NRS looks a bit like this:

I'm looking into getting the back end resprayed black.
I'm also looking at replacing the 'Giant' transfer on the downtube. But which colour?
I've thought of red, but not sure if that would really work, similarly, thinking of actually putting black transfers on for a very subtle stealthy logo look.
Any other thoughts?

deffo black rear triangle, i like the idea of black decals with a pinstripe outline, maybe in red?
i would normally recommend matt black bike with gloss black decals but seing as your bike is already gloss, pinstriping the logo would be my recommendation.0 -

Hmm, might have to look at getting the pinstriped logos. Currently Fleabay is only showing solid colours. And, I'm not that good with a marker pen to do it myself...0

Get rid of the UKMB sticker for a start...0

i like the look of the red one, try it with no graphics on the top tube for a cleaner look, i reckon that would be my choice.0

logo and grip colour? blue?Santa Cruz Chameleon
Orange Alpine 1600 -
Yeah same as they already are.0

I like it but there are two problems IMO:
1.I haven't seen blue hubs in that light a blue they tend to be a slightly darker royal blue:
2. New wheels are more expensive than new grips and seat collar.Santa Cruz Chameleon
Orange Alpine 1600 -
red and black for the win i would say.0

I like the red and black too. Maybe more black. Black as you can get ;-) Blacker than a caveman's armpit.0

Lots of black with a touch of red?0

MacAndCheese - What program do you use to change the colours so well?
I've got Photoshop CS2 and Gimp but am not very clued up on how to use them properly. Especially not when adjusting the colour on just certain parts of an image.Kona Stinky Six

I would imagine Photoshop without a doubt. It's the only maniluplation software that I use or have ever used. That kind of work is a sinch in PS. Any version will do.
It's the industry standard, and still the best.0 -
