Ok back in the seat and not going to well at all I'm diabetic and suffer from a Hiatal Hernia Im desperate to get riding again but also need to get fit any help on these.

Talk about unfit i can manage around six miles and im knackerd any get fit ideas apart from just get out and ride.

    Try swimming a couple of hours in the pool each week would slowly build up stamina and muscle strength 8)

    Good thinking never thought of swimming. Ill look into it.
