British Military Fitness

I just did a session with British Military Fitness in Sutton Park - you know, the ex military people who shout at you to do exercise. When I turned up I was asked to pick a bib - one colour for beginner, intermediate and advanced. I made the mistake of picking the intermediate bib, and then got punished accordingly!

Anyway, I need to decide whether to join up permanenetly or not. 35 quid a month for three months for unlimited sessions.

ANyone else do this or know anyone who does?

    ....of course, if you do what I did and join up, they pay you to get shouted at and beasted on a regular basis.....!

    As far as I can remember, the 'trainng' camp in Colchester has/had very few repeat offenders. :wink:

    If they're anything like club swingers then they are a bunch of w@nkers. Get you fit though.

    there are 2 sessions in Leeds that I have seen and laughed royally at, bunch of idiots
