I have been giving my hope xc rear hub a service and i'm replacing the bearings in the freehub.
I was just having a read of how to re-assemble and the website i was reading said this...
10. Drift the inner bearing into the freehub. Replace the circlip and put a little grease on it. Insert the internal spacer and drift in the outer bearing. Make sure the spacer inbetween the bearings is just free to move.
Is this right about the spacer being free to move??
Also i didnt remove the circlip with the right set of pliers and was wondering if anyone new where i could get anoher one?

yes it needs to just move so you can get the axle in. it will seat when the axle/Qr is tightened.
and Hope dealer or a car/bearing shop may have some."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
