Has anyone got one of these and if so would you recommend one. Alternatively, has anyone seen any reviews of them?

Yes and yes.
Mine is an '09 model - not quite as blingy as the '10 model, but much better spec wise. Better wheels, brakes, crankset. And much cheaper, if you can still find one in the right size.
Rides beautifully but be careful on sizing - I have a 54cm framed Specialized Allez but needed a 51.5cm fram on the FP3.0 -

Not sure where you are, or whether you'd look at an alternative, but I Googled and found this for sale in London.

It's used, but looks nice, and price looks VERY tempting. I have one of these and it is just freakin' FABULOUS.
It's surprisingly comfy for a full on race bike. The handling is amazing - the faster you go the more stable it gets.
The FP3 is made from HM30 carbon, whereas the Paris is HM46, which means higher tensile strength... lower weight and a bit more responsive feel.
Having said that, the FP3 is very nice indeed...Open One+ BMC TE29 Seven 622SL On One Scandal Cervelo RS0 -
Not myself but my son has one, very, very cool bike, he tells me it handles like a dream. He's dead pleased with it. Sadly it's a bit too big for me"The only absolute statement is that everything is relative" - anon0

I am however considering moving it on and buying a winter bike to compliment my Cervelo S3 as I dont want to run two carbon frames. I may, but only a may at the moment buy a Cervelo S1 later in the year. Thats no disrespect to the FP3 but I would like both rides to feel the same.0
