Leaking SLX brake

i just bought a new slx groupset a few weeks ago.
i have noticed that the rear seems to be leaking a little oil and they are going 'spongy'
the leak is from where the hose joins the master cylinder ie from part 1-2-3 on the diagram linked below. there is oil on the hose below where the seal (3) is
before i take it apart and try to fix it can anyone advise me as to whether this is something straightforward to fix?

so is it just a matter of pulling back the cover (3) and tightening (1) ?0
