Used them a couple of times. Sent me the wrong part once (a much cheaper alternative). I complained. They refunded the difference. No apology.
Not brilliant, but not the end of the world either.

They have been very reliable, and their prices are often exceptional in my, albeit limited, experience.

Very good prices, slow delivery though if not all your items are in stock. They wont contact you to ask if you would like a different colour etc. they will just wait until either the items come into stock or you call them.
Typical laid back Irish company.Call first to check stock.
Don't buy if your in a hurry

Right, I'll call them, I'm in a hurry.

I've always got the reliable Merlin as backup but it's an extra 20%.

    Cheers guys

Strangely enough I had the total opposite experience this week.
I ordered an Ultegra rear mech in silver. They rang and left a message to say they were out of stock but had the same one in ice grey and did I want it.

Very friendly bunch from my experience.

    I had the opposite experience.

Phoned to order to check what I wanted was as desired ... they said it was - so I ordered.

It turned out NOT to be right, so I've been trying to reach a suitable solution that fits my needs and now they are not returning my emails ....

I've seen other comments on line about poor service / lack of apology etc - so maybe if they get it right first time all is great ... but could be a problem if you need any help afterwards .... your choice !

Ordered some mtb tyres, the site said the goods were in stock. Checked 6 days later, and items still said in stock. Mailed to enquire when to expect delivery. Told out of stock and would be next Wednesday until they had any. Thing is there are other firms that have them in stock (or the sites say so). I’ve cancelled and gone with the competition. One thing is that customer service seems quick and polite.

Had good quick service from them a few years ago when building up a bike.

Ordered a couple of Vittoria pit stop cansiters from them, a couple of days later I get an email saying "order cancelled". No explanation or message to say why or sorry. I mean, why advertise stuff for sale if you're not gonna sell it or its not available? Gone to Evans in the end, hopefully they will ship to my local store by tomorrow...want to use the tubs on Sunday :D

Ordered a pair of Mavic shoes from their site, as price was good. Once I submitted the transaction I did not receive email confirmation, tried calling the number on the site a number of times but get a 'person is not available and you cannot leave a message' response, emailed four times and no reply. Money has been taken from my account, but no evidence to show that transaction ever occurred. Have been shopping online for 14 years and this is just weird and not really acceptable. Have initiated a charge back with my bank.
