Incredible Biking advice

Just seen a few lines from this months Sainsburys magazine offering some cycling advice.
"Make sure the saddle is the same height as your handlebars"
Could be ok advice if your bike has a basket on the front I suppose but the rest of the piece is talking about pace/drinks/snacks etc and suggests a few routes.
The next line is brilliant
"Holding the brakes down, rock your bike back and forth. If you feel movement, get the brakes checked."

Or your rims. Or your headset. Or your stem...
I think it's great that companies like Sainsburys are getting behind cycling and trying to encourage customers, but they do need to take more care/responsibility with these snippets of "advice" and similar PR material.Ben

Its great isn't it, in fact if there is any movement its very likely your brakes are doing a good job0
