Having used bikehike in the past I am now in need of a new route sharing site. What's the best one for use with a Garmin Edge 605?

  • me too.

I liked the 'search for routes that start/end within the current map' feature of bikehike. do any other sites allow this?

http://ridewithgps.com/ is quite good, but the routes are a bit limited.

I know... I love the routes out that way. Really should stop riding in the opposite direction

try endomondo.co.uk . I use it and its bloody brilliant . You can link upto your phone or garmin. Go for a ride come back and it plots your route as you cycle, you csn then share routes with invited friends

    oh and its free
  • Always log my rides on here, but not searched for any yet. Seems pretty popular though.

I use www.anyonefor.com - it's British co, focusing on building the definitive British route guide and Steve Peat posts his routes there so you get to see his training and race route rides.

+1 my mobile which I have with me anyway, and the stored data is brilliant and again its a no cost option as long ay your mobile is GPS and the app is available, I believe its currently available for most smart phones.

would not even consider spending hundreds on a device which Endomundo already does so well and for free
