Tour of Nidderdale

I will be riding the tour of Nidderdale route tomorrow, I am getting back into mtb and this will be my first proper ride for some time, has anyone any advice, experience of this route. I think it is quite a popular one in the guide books, i found it on the 'mtb the dales' website. The web site grade it as difficult, it is 24km in length.

If anyone fancies joining me they are more than welcome, but as I said this is my first proper ride for some time.

    It's a great route - one of my personal favorites - sadly don't get to ride the Dales these days - moved to South West.

    Hope you enjoyed the big rocky descent down to Scar House Reservoir - it's a blast!
