anyone rate the dhb Perpetual Waterproof Trousers? they sound the part :?:
I rate all the dhb kit, all the stuff I've got works excellently and it's low cost.
I've got a DHB waterproof jacket and its brilliant. Its not fully breathable as I got the cheapest one, but there are loads of zip vents in just the right places so I hardly ever get hot!
I'd get more DHB kit if I needed some waterproof trousers, money well spent in my eyes!
Thinking this
Plus this
Then my pearl izumi barrier mtb booties, in theory I should be set for the autumn commute/soaking but the weather will no doubt prove me wrong0 -
Question for you guys
Been running the original S Works The Captain tyres on my '09 Stumpy, finally got a fail on the sidewall on the rear. Do I replace like for like, sticking with what I know (because I know naaaathing) or should I go for something better/more affordable?0 -
I think its good to try other tyres purely because I know naaaathing so I get a feel for what works for me plus the stuff you don't like will always be handy backup material
Others have firm favourites & will grumble at my inexperience
Edit- I feel right queer without a chunky kenda up front purely superstitious kak tbh0 -

Bontrager Mud x are pretty much the Biz and should suit Sherwood Pines and work superb in the Peaks if you would venture over and are reasonably priced £19.99 at J E James.I'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!
