Training for a 10 hour MTB Enduro ?

Morning all,

Me and the boys did Skyline at the weekend as training for the 75km Afan Monster in Sept. Whilst we all completed Skyline, it was a bit bloody tough. Took over 6 hours, best part of 7 really (with a few detours LOL)

Working on our route with the detours as being pretty much 50km... we'll still have 25km left...

Not sure any of us had 25km of riding left in the tank to be honest...

So... how do we increase our time and distances in the best way?
